This time we will review a personal favorite of mine, the Amaze 4G from one of the most popular phone brands, HTC, shipping with the Gingerbread Android version, the Amaze is powered by a 1.5 Ghz dual core Scorpion processor, making the phone powerful enough for amazing mutitasking, gaming and smooth app running.

The Amaze 4G works with the latest HTC user interface, the Sense 3.0, giving the company's personal touch that characterize HTC's work, such as the 4 applications shortcut at the lock screen, the classic clock display and the amazing weather animations. The lock screen can be personalized to show the 4 more used applications and the home screen comes with 7 panels that can be personalized as the user wants either with different application or with one full panel-application such as mail, Twitter, Facebook and other options making HTC's interface one of the user's most popular designs.

Moving to the hardware, as we mentioned before comes with a powerful processor the phone presents a 4.3 in display and with the weight of 6.1 ounces is a little bit chubby for average phone weight buy also presents a really solid metallic construction making it pretty neat to the eyes.

The Amaze comes with an 8.0 megapixel rear camera, and a neat interface with many features when taking pics with it, including a new trick called SmarShot, which takes a series of pictures and then finally combines them in a single picture so for example, one of the kids has his eyes closed on the first shot still at the final cut everybody will appear smiling with both eyes shiny sparkling.

At the same time this phone lacks of a front camera becoming an advantge against other phones when using video apps, but the 8mega pixels give sort of a boost on the race.

The HTC Amazing 4G, comes with a amazing building, fast processor and the touch of Sense which makes it a good phone on the market, with the only thing of being a little bulky, but I'd say is pretty much what a good smartphone would be.
